As the General Manager of the Hotel, I oversee every aspect of the property – from operations to administration. More importantly I provide the leadership and set the direction for the Hotel, starting with the Vision, supported by the Missions and Values. What do you enjoy most about your work?
Seeing the smiles on the guests face.

Tell us about your educational background?
I did my diploma in financial accounting in Asia followed by Diploma in Hotel Management from AHMA (American Hotel & Motel Association), Certificate of Specialization in Rooms and F&B Management. After working for about 8 years, I decided to pursue a Master in Business Administartion. I graduated from European University in Geneva with an MBA in International Management (summa-cum laude) in 2000.

Where did you study for your MBA?
European University in Geneva, Switzerland.

How do you think your MBA has helped you further your career?
I had the opportunity to tap into the professors expertise and experience besides networking with the other students. The MBA has shown me various methodology of approaching the same challengers/issues. It gives a person different perspectives when doing analysis. It opens up the mind to look into other possibilities – to think out
of the box!
